Owned and operated by Tony Chicas, KD Landscaping is a division of HR Maids Services, which has been serving Northern Virginia homeowners and businesses since 2000. Many of HR Maids Services' clientele requested outside services, so KD Landscaping was founded to fulfill that need. As its reputation grew, so did its customer base evolving into a separate business, with many experienced workers.

With more than a decade of experience, KD Landscaping Services offers a wide range of landscaping services including:
Lime control to increase PH levels; Spring – crabgrass & broad leaf weed control; fertilizer balanced; Summer & Fall – slow release balanced fertilizer. Late Fall – heavy rate balanced fertilizer.
With new mulch, removal of weeds, debris; trimming/pruning of damaged plants; edging mulch & tree beds; consistent 1.5" mulch application.
Removal of weeds, debris, trimming, pruning of damaged plants; leaf removal in Nov & Dec; aeration with fertilizer.
Turf inspected for trash, tree limbs, obstacles; turf mowed at a height for the time of year; curbs, sidewalks, bedline edged on each visit; mowing weekly from mid‑April to mid‑November; rain day schedule – services performed during the next non‑rain day.

I used K‑D Landscaping to prep my house for sale. I had trees and shrubs pruned, landscaping beds cleaned/mulched, and a tree removed. Their crew was truly experienced, hard‑working, quick, and thorough. They removed all debris and did an excellent job. They truly exceeded my expectations. My job was fairly large‑scale (approx 8 hours), but I expect they would do a great job on projects of any size. My yard had a beautiful manicured appearance, and was well worth doing for my needs.
